Peter had a recent visit from Jana Rose Schleis, an investigative reporter for the Cap Times local news publication based in Madison. Peter climbed to the rooftop of one of our greenest affordable housing developments, the 1300 Residences in River Falls, to share his perspective and insight on how West CAP pushes for solar to save for renters, and some of the the roadblocks, or “sun” blocks in our way.
