United Way St. Croix Valley Impact Grant

Remembering Darlene Waters

Our agency has taken a heavy blow this week as we mourn the loss of our beloved colleague and friend, Darlene Waters.   Dar was hired at West CAP by the agency’s first Executive Director, Jake Banks, in 1972 as an Assistant Bookkeeper. A local ATV Club, the Glenwood Forest Barn Stormers, holds a benefit ride each year to support a cause they care about.
