The United Way St. Croix Valley (UWSCV) Board of Directors approved a Community Impact Grant to West Central Wisconsin Community Action Agency in the amount of $7,500. These funds will be used to support our Homeless Intervention programs, which aim to help low-income families and individuals achieve housing stability through a combination of rental assistance, case management, and connections to community resources. This funding is critical and ensures we can continue to provide individuals and families at risk of homelessness with the resources they need to find stable housing and improve their financial independence. These local dollars also help us meet our federal matching requirements to keep our programs funded across our service area.
